1. Provider and scope

Kolosseum Journal (the "Service") is operated by Kolosseum.pro, reachable at support@kolosseum.pro (the "Provider", "we"). These terms govern every use of the Service at kolosseum.pro and its subdomains. By creating an account you accept them.

2. What the Service is

The Service is a personal trading journal for crypto futures traders. It imports closed positions from an exchange account you connect with a read-only API key, and lets you annotate those positions with playbooks, rule checks, execution grades, notes and screenshots. It then derives statistics from your own trade history.

The Service does not place, modify or cancel orders, does not move funds and does not have access to functions that could do so. It is not a broker, exchange, custodian or investment adviser.

3. Account

You need an account with a valid email address and a password of at least eight characters. You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@kolosseum.pro if you suspect unauthorised access.

One person may hold one account. You may not share, sell or transfer an account.

4. Exchange keys

You may only connect API keys that are restricted to read-only permissions. Do not connect keys with trading, withdrawal or transfer rights; the Service does not need them and will not use them. Keys are encrypted before they are stored and are never displayed again after entry. You can disconnect a key at any time in the settings; disconnecting keeps your journal data.

Exchange APIs, their availability, rate limits and data accuracy are outside our control. Imported figures are provided by your exchange and may be delayed, incomplete or corrected later.

5. Your content

Trades, playbooks, notes, screenshots and day notes you store in the Service remain yours. You grant us the right to store and process them solely to provide the Service to you. You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights or contains malware.

6. No financial advice

Every figure shown by the Service is derived from your own trade history. Nothing in the Service is investment advice, a recommendation or a forecast. Trading derivatives involves substantial risk of loss. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions.

7. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to access other users' data, probe or overload the Service, reverse engineer it, scrape it, or use it to build a competing product. Automated access other than through your own browser session is not permitted.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may perform maintenance at any time. Where practical we will announce material changes in advance.

9. Fees

The Service is currently free of charge. Should paid plans be introduced, they will be announced in advance and will require your explicit agreement.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in the settings; this permanently removes your data as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the Service or remain unconfirmed for an extended period.

11. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service, from inaccurate or delayed exchange data, or from unauthorised access resulting from your handling of credentials. Mandatory statutory liability, in particular for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health, remains unaffected.

12. Governing law

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always available at kolosseum.pro/terms with its date. Material changes will be communicated by email or in the app; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
